Great application, great support !!

I bought the application after checking it out and on a friends recommendation. Being the security conscious person that i am i quickly enabled the password feature, but in my hast i managed to lock myself out. I sent off a quick email to support thinking it would be a day or so before i would hear anything back. However this was not the case. Within an hour of my submitting the request, not only did i get a response, but had a working solution for my issue. Now thats service !!!

Ive been slowly adding in each of my items and i really like the layout and ease of use. Its not an app i use everyday but it is nice knowing that i have up to date info on my firearms should i need immediate access to serial numbers.
