I have entered many firing sessions and sets, all with photos of the targets. There hasn’t been any trouble. When picking ammo, if you don’t see it, just turn off the Caliber switch and select All. My bet is that anyone having trouble as either accidentally entered a different name for the caliber than what is listed with the firearm, or they accidentally entered the wrong amount of ammo purchased or used in a session. Read how the app works on the support site or email them. They will help you. I know that the app hasnt lock up for me.
